From this Point we are placing in Writing the Loot rules that are to be used on all Tier 4+ dropping Bosses. Up to 2 pieces of Loot or tier will be designated by either Me or the Raid Leader on boss drops. Loot will be Directed to those with high attendance that are in need.. will still be kept as UPgrade Only. Not for Alt sets. MAINS take priority
Other Non-Tier Dropping Bosses Unless a Major Tank or Healer Upgrade piece drops loot will be kept as open Roll - Still being Attendance based.
first Time Raiders dont need to Think they Deserve Loot. After they show some dedication to the raids and the willingness to accept the wipes to learn the fights then they will be up for loot. People who only think to show up once its on farm then you still have to farm it a few times. Loot is being distributed pretty openly still. Lots of people have T4 pieces at current and we will continue to keep passing loot out as quickly as we can possibly farm things. Everyone will get what they want in time it simply takes time to get it all passed out. First time raiders are also not completely out of the rolls. IF all present core raiders cant use as an upgrade guess what your UP and grats on loot. its that simple.
I come from the old school 40 man days back when 40 people had to fight for 2 pieces of loot.. That half the time only a few could even think to use ..go look at the Class specifics on the old t1 and t2.. there wasnt pieces that could go to 3 dif classes it was pretty much 1 drop for 1 class and if you didnt have the ungodly amounts of dkp you were assed out. . SO give it time we will get you what you want..we will continue to farm things that get us what we want to ensure everyone gets what they need.
If you find these loot rules to be something you dont like Or refuse to follow you can simply Gquit and let someone else step up for more loot. Everyone will get what they want Just have to invest the time like everyone else has ..That means More then ONE raid.. Loot rules will not be changed everytime one person gets there panties in a wad thinkin Stuff was chosen / Given out of favortism. bottom line you help out frequently enough you will get everything we are able to get for you.. Just dont let impatience get the best of your Atitude towards raiding. Of you can quickly find yourself last in line to Get the good stuff.

Last but not least WoTLK will be out in the next few months this means a couple of really good things..First All the loot you been workin for will be traded out for greens again :P. Second - Everyone keeps goin back to this whole everything can now be 10 manned, all the raids..While this point stands very true If you read a bit more into it the 25 Man Versions Drop Better Loots and open up More of the dungeons that you cant get into in the 10 man versions so keep that in mind as everyone thinks Of Reforming by trying to pull 10 of the core raiders to a new guild to power out 10 man runs. I say run the 10 mans learn them Get what you can. Form up the 25 mans Run them again And GET MORE LOOT have more FUN with friends..cause in the end thats all this is about is having a good time with people you like being around.

I plan on the guild keeping this event farm in the attempt to get as may t5 shoulders in the guild as possible. I know some people's attendance isnt showing up properly in the Raid attendance area this will take me time to get working properly so bare with me please.
