I havent called it quits but i am gettin damn close. There has been an undercurrent of ME ME what about ME since the expansion hit. The worst part is the ones screamin the loudest are the ones barely trying to get better or improve. Others have taken to simply manipulating others to get there way. And first time they dont they disappear for awhile or stick on alts or simply hide. Others going off what info the manipulators feed them simply turn there backs on the rest of us and decide to go there own way.
Even as i write this a argument continues in the Forums with misunderstandings on all sides. Some taking things personnel others taking any question of there decisions as a personnel attack.
It has been put to me that i am unable to weed out the ones not pulling there weight in the raids. that i simply let it go and try to roll them through anyways simply to keep the good players around that if the friend got removed they would be gone too. Maybe so. I tried to look at is as maybe people can learn and then pull there weight. unfortunately the people didnt learn they simply enjoyed being carried along and roundin up gear as fast as it dropped.
I am not here to make people feel bad about the way they play. But in the same regard i am not here to keep dying because they are to busy watching meters to Move when they have too. or simply feel they dont need to get better and only gear will make them better.. WRONG..LEarn the rotations learn the Glyphs you need and Fix your damn specs. Some people your gear lvl is higher then the dps you push which is pretty damn bad.
I have become tired as of late. I lead raids and i force them to make it as far as i feel they can make it. Some dont agree when i call a raid at a certain point sometimes because maybe we only wiped 2-3 times. and some hate when i have forced 10 wipes due to the raid simply not improving and people not doing what they needed to do.
As a raid Leader I hope i have Lead the raids well.. I hope that at least everyone can go into a fight with some understanding of what is needed of them. Maybe the failure is on my side. Whether from bad leading, Explaining or Simply because in trying to make so many happy that i didnt force them to gear first or force them to Learn the fights before attempting them.
Am i saying KoTB is on its last leg? Who knows. I have seen guilds go from they just cleared a full run with no issues or problems at all simply to fall apart over a small heroic run arguement blowing up and causing many to go there own way.
To say i have spent alot if time and money keeping this guild going would be a good way to put it.. The website here the vent everyone uses all costs and i enjoy paying it cause it keeps my guild and my friends together.
The issue is people are getting to hard up on the ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME Me Me ME and My Alt blah blah blah bullshit they fail to see that sometimes a group has to stay together as is til it achieves the goals it set forth when it first formed.. others simply see it as they are the top i want in them..oh i ran a heroic or 2 that means i am good enough for that group now let me in NAO..FUck that Fuck that way of thinkin and Fuck off if anyone thinks to bully into a raid.. IF you feel you must manipulate or threaten yourself into any run Dont let the door hit you in the ass..
G1 is to the point we are blowing up just about every drop til the last 2 bosses now.. me and karn have talked about splitting it into 3 and 4 to make those work better or at least get them moving along steadily by workin in the geared people with firsthand knowledge of the fights into the groups.
Tanks .. I make no arguement and will take no criticism on this Dozer is my Right hand as tanks go He learns he adapts and he watches for anything that breaks loose in a fight and gets it.. Every tank should be able to do this in every fight. DPS need to learn to Focus fire..there shouldnt be AoE's the first second of any pull no matter what unless the tank says to start them.. DPS you die first off on a pull thats your own damn fault learn to wait and quit watchin the meters. OffTanks Learn to grab loose adds FASTER be ready for them to break loose. The MT is focused on normally one target so your job is to piss everything else off as best you can..and WATCH your OMEN menu it will tell you what the mob your targeting is pissed at..if its the MT leave it alone and TAb to another Add that isnt mad at the MT so much and get to kickin its head in.
Healers I dont care what your HPS is if ME or Half the RAid is already Dead.. Healing Done, HPS / Overhealin in that order of importance.
And that means everyfight not just boss fights i watch for healers who stand around on adds and just wait for the fight to end you should be healing all the time during fights.
DPS if i catch a DPS AFKing Mid fight and they didnt give a warning your gone from my raid period.. DPS in 3/4 Naxx/Heroic Geared if your not pushing 1700-2k dps YOUR BROKE FIX YOURSELF.
