Ulduar progression

Yeah yeah i know its strange we have cleared ToCR yet never finished in Ulduar. Cause well with ToCR gear out Ulduar fell behind fast.
As of Last night we have downed all the way to Yogg and Made one fast attempt on him before bed time for the bonzo's

Great job all who attended

oh and Mancer Made this MEga Epic Pwnage Pull all over Omar's Face and Blew his ass to kingdom Come. I seriously couldnt breathe for a few min i was laughin so hard. Made my friggin night.
Course he spent the rest of the night trying to get me back lol

Well as i am sure everyone has noticed ToCR 10 man is effectively on farm with 2 groups blowing through in almost an hour every week plus everyone and their mother puggin alts into runs with others. we seem to be getting the most out of that place.
We do need to step up the efforts and get a set 25 man GUILD run plowing through though to pick up the slack and increase the amount of really nice gear throughout the guild.
10 Ony is farm status also but same thing need to get a full guild Run 25 in there with out the straggler pugs.. we Have the people just not the commitment as of late.

Also thinkin of rollin back into Ulduar 10 or 25 and finishing that place since we pretty much left it alone after tocr hit would be nice to see the end of it think we had been workin Mimiron last i went in. just a thought though.

Kotb Has learned that apon entering into a game of Ro Sham Bo with Lord Jarraxus it is best not to let him go first.. So after getting kicked in the bawls like 8 times we beat the hell out of him in a final act of retribution which almost didnt happen as he got under 100k we went into meltdown only to be pulled through at the last moment by 2 survivors..
Needless to say I will be wearing a Double hard Nard Guard in there from now on.

Here's to Xero's priest being liberated, Daramin back in game, all the new officers / current leaders, and especially Pissy Moose aka guild mommy back on, even if she decides to hold off sex from Mancer from months at a time. And to me too, fortunately at the moment grad school and work and the Miss Durty Sanchez to deal with, I'm still able to raid and not be insane.

We're back to where we were six months ago without the drama elements, so we're a good step ahead. Big respect to all who stuck it in here when we were getting made fun of, we're getting exactly what we deserve; great progress and MOAR lootz. A lot of you have done a good stepping up to learning all the fights and what not and it's showing. So pat yourselves on the back.

Now back to my thesis (which I have no idea what to write yet) and lab reports. Boo.

Oh yeah. Welcome back Tim and Necro. Except this time around you're not telling me how to play my hunter correctly.

Allowing HC to Return:
We spent a lot of time talking about this and we all agreed that we don't want something like this ever happening again. I'm not sure if we ever came to a solid agreement, but I think it was agreed that some of them could return on a case-by-case basis but never allowed a leadership position. Just to be safe, a member of HC can only be admitted to the guild by Mancer or Ramo.

Raiding and Progression:
We agreed it would be best to start using Group 1 and Group 2. Group 1 is the progression group that raids Ulduar 10 twice a week. It is made up of serious raiders that are dedicated to moving the guild forward. At first, we'll be moving folks around between 1 and 2 until I get settled on a good group. Group 2 is made up of whoever shows up that week and wants to raid with Mancer at the lead. He'll be there to keep everyone who is not in G1 raiding and doing stuff.

Raid Schedule:
Tues Night - G1 goes into Ulduar with Akylius, Mancer gathers up everyone else for raid quickies or heroics (possible G2 Ulduar)
Wed Night - G2 goes into Ulduar with Mancer, using alts from G1 if needed
Thurs Night - G1 goes into Ulduar with Akylius, no plans for G2 this night
Fri Night - Everyone gets together for Ulduar 25 and see what we can get done

Recruitment:
It was decided to not start open recruitment or spam Trade channel for new players. Instead, we will slowly recruit from our pugs during our 25 man raids.

Guild All-Hands Meeting:
We all thought this was a good idea. It is important to make sure that the normal guildie can talk to the officers. Getting the entire guild together on vent to make announcements and give the guild a chance to voice their opinions. We will not be taking votes for guild policy or anything like that, but just giving the every day guildie a chance to talk. I think we should do this soon, just to announce the new policies above and let the guildies talk and ask questions. This will help everyone understand raiding stuff and reduce frustrations. Let's schedule a half an hour on a Saturday or Sunday, maybe after dinner so we can get as many attend as possible. We need an agenda and set up an officer to talk about the stuff above for a while, then open the floor to questions and concerns. We can end it with having everyone sign up at the website. How about Sunday 8:30 - 9:00?

Getting Everyone to Use the Website:
This could be a valuable tool to exchange information and let the guildies talk to the officers and express themselves. At the start of each raid, the leader should make sure that everyone is signed up at the website. We can also announce it at the end of each All-Hands meeting.

It was also decided that Darrk is Andro's Love slave. Since Darrk was unable to deny said charges i have now sent him a nice pink dress and some fluffy handcuffs.

Actually, BOO 3.2.

Anyway, the patch JUST hit and I know people are going to have loads of trouble logging on to DL the patch and everything.

So basically, until the servers are stable, I would probably wait till they are to run Ulduar.

Sucks doesn't it? Well. Check it out.

Heroics now drop Emblems of Conquest!!!!! OMG!!!! U TOO CAN BE ULDUAR GEARED WITHOUT EVEN RAIDING!!!!

Sarcasm aside, first thing imma do when the server comes back on is run a boatload of heroics. Best thing for you to do is get yourself 118 emblems to buy the two 8.5 chest/helm pieces, then work your way to the rest of those conquest rewards. So once you hit 80, getting yourself very strong gear is going to be easy.

Yeah it sucks for us who got to scratch and claw our way onto top end gear, but oh well.

So get off your ass and run those heroics!

This just in.. when starting the Leviathan Fight Dont Launch personnel Loaded into the demolishers before the fight has actually started as this can cause untimely death as the person will fly through the Leviathan and smack the ground..Apon landing from this flight if the person isnt killed by the impact Leviathan will proceed to blowing them to bits. So take care not to prematurely launch anyone :) this safety minute has been brought to you By Xero who used his Face to Block the Ground.

Well We Pwned the hell out of Heroic Leviathan second Attempt last night with some people taking home some nice upgrades.. UNfortunately the Server Did the Dying Cockroach on us a minute later as we attempted Razor. AS anyone that got DC'ed or Died could not Re enter the zone.. BAD BLIZ NO SOUP FOR YOU!

Great Job All remember Loot is on the Tier system and being Tracked . which wasnt very hard write down the name add a mark on my Tier tracking form i have in the files area :).

Will be a bit late tonight as taking the boat out on the water to test run it for the year.
